Returns

• Each Whilom piece is crafted from vintage textiles carrying with it unique imperfections and characteristics. Each fabric is repaired and repurposed if needed. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your item. All imperfections and repairs are clearly displayed in photos on our website.
• Returns are valid within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• You will be notified as soon as your item is received and processed. Once item(s) is received and inspected, refunds, store credit or exchanges will be issued for returned items.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
• All products are returned at your own cost unless the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds are not accepted unless the item is deemed faulty and imperfections have not clearly been shown on our website.
• If approved, a refund will be initiated and funds will be sent back to the card used at the time of purchase.
